In a really surprising but happy turn of events, there are a lot of new followers of this blog! Aside from some family and a few friends, there is actually a growing number of people who choose to read and subscribe to my blog and I’m incredibly humbled and grateful for that. Aside from reading my journal-like entries, I thought it might be helpful to have a better understanding of who I am. So, here’s a little insight on who the person is behind the blog with a few random questions I found on Google.
Favorite candle scent: Sandalwood Myrh or any of the man-scented candles at TJ Maxx.
Favorite movie: Depends on the day but ones I could watch 100x are One Fine Day, The Intern, and any of the Halloween movies.
How many countries have you been to: To answer this I have to list them: America, Canada, Ireland, Scotland, France, Belgium, England, Netherlands, Spain, Mexico and I think that’s it.
Favorite childhood TV show: Clarissa Explains It All or Sabrina.
Favorite Halloween costume: Most creative was probably Mrs. Peacock from Clue when I did a group costume in college.
Favorite amusement park: ALL of Disney. Grew up a vacation club member, went on a Disney cruise, I’ve been to Disney maybe 30+ times, and will run my third runDisney race this November. CANNOT get enough Disney.
Titanic or The Notebook: Titanic. Hands down. No question.
Favorite restaurant: Such a hard question because it completely depends on my mood. BUT — anything Mexican is probably a go at anytime.
Suburbs or City: Currently live in the city but I’m suburbs through and through.
Have you ever been in the hospital: YEP. Stayed overnight once when I had a very severe case of Rhabdo and spent some time in hospitals growing up for various treatments for an eye condition. Luckily nothing super serious.
What’s the last compliment you got: Earlier today at a work review – was told I was one of the best in the company when it comes to working with clients and building relationships.
If you can only drink 5 beverages other than water for the rest of your life what would they be: Blue Gatorade, apple juice, IPAs, red wine, and chocolate milk.
Favorite chore: Sweeping and washing floors (not vacuuming).
Dream vacation: DYING to take a west coast road trip and an Alaskan cruise.
If you had the world’s attention for 30 seconds what would you say: Be nice to people. Be honest and genuine. Do something good every day and tell people you love them. Don’t take everything so seriously and don’t be a shitty person. Also, you can never go wrong with a set of White Strips.
If money didn’t matter how would you spend your time: Saving all the dogs. Traveling the U.S. by van.
If you could be part of a sitcom family which would it be: This is hard because I can’t think of them all off the top of my head but I would love to be a Stark or part of the Entourage squad.
What’s the stupidest thing you’ve ever done: Got arrested. Sorry mom.
What qualities do you most appreciate in a friend: Honesty, loyalty, sense of humor.
Would you rather had endless tacos or sushi for the rest of your life: SO HARD. Tacos.
